Staying at the House Of Hutter, Heidelberg Suites & Spa was a delight. The Prestige Room boasted exceptional views of the Neckar River and city, providing a serene backdrop to my stay. The staff, particularly Meikle and Jenny, were impressively helpful and kind, ensuring I felt welcome throughout my visit. Breakfast each morning was delightful, with a lovely selection that made starting the day easy. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities including a complimentary minibar and an air conditioning system that worked perfectly. However, I found a few drawbacks. The attached boat restaurant was unavailable for three nights, a disappointment since I was looking forward to dining there. On the last night, it was quite expensive with limited menu options. Despite that, overall comfort, cleanliness, and the hotel's charming decor stood out. This hotel embodies a fine blend of luxury and local character, though it could improve its dining options.
